Timur Raya Lestari Laboratory obtained license and received and transfer of technology from Rodenstock Germany in 1980 to locally process Rodenstock Lenses. The operation later expanded to include anti-reflection coating production facilities for glass and plastic.
 
     
In 1997, we received and international laboratory standard cerficate and a Rodenstock Solitaire processing license from Rodenstock. We also completed ISO 9002 requirement and was certified by two certification bodies RWTUV from Germany, and Sucofindo from Indonesia. We were the first in our business category in Indonesia if not in South East Asia to have such cerfication.
